Harvest
The chardonnay was harvested on the mornings of October 1st and October 4th. Grapes were a rich golden color with small clusters and light production.

Aging and Bottling
After the clarification and final racking, we aged our 2018 Chardonnay in both oak and steel barrels a full 28 months to create the flavor profile of the wine before bottling.

Flint Glass

Clarification
A racking and clarification process takes place prior to passing through a final micron filter. The result is a clear wine free from sediment.

Aging and Bottling
After the clarification and final racking, we aged our 2018 Pinot Noir in 25% new oak barrels a full 20 months. This exposure to limited new oak softens the wine without overpowering the natural flavors.

Antique Dark Green Glass
We upgraded our 2018 glass selection to a darker antique green glass to help protect the wine from light. Darker glass supports proper aging, even without a wine cellar.
